Extract XML data via VBA

I have an XML file (or web page if preferred) with the following:

<lrn tn='12345678901'>
<LRN>12345678901</LRN>
<OCN>004F</OCN>
<LATA>552</LATA>
<CITY>DALLAS</CITY>
<RC>DALLAS</RC>
<STATE>TX</STATE>
<JURISDICTION>INTRASTATE</JURISDICTION>
<LOCAL>Y</LOCAL>
<LEC>BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - TX</LEC>
<LECTYPE>CLEC</LECTYPE>
</lrn><lrn tn="12345678901"><lectype></lectype>
</lrn>
I need to extract specific items, mainly LRN, LEC and LECTYPE. I'll be displaying those and using them as variables in other code I've already written. I'm new to working with XML, so feel free to put as much or as little explanation has you want. I appreciate your insight!

EDIT: The forum keeps converting the xml, so i'll edit it so it doesnt try to display the XML:
