Extract values before the last match or 2nd to the last match based on criteria (Google Sheet)

Sirs,

Need to extract values of the 2nd to the last matching criteria.
Need a formula in cell H4 that will extract the dates in column A (2nd to the last of the matching criteria) that is based on 2 criteria (name4 and number 3).

I have managed to extract the last match using xmatch. i am stuck on how to extract the 2nd to the last match..
