Extract using power query or VBA

I have a data that is in raw form i want to extract 3 rows and convert them to the columns. Row are E-mail, company name which is always below member id and rep. I have also bold the rows which need to be converted to columns. I have about 10000 rows of data[TABLE="class: grid, width: 500"]
