Hi all,

I have the following in column A.
<tbody>
S:\Houston JIB Accounting\Outside Operated JIB's\Julie's Group JIBs\SOHAIL UPLOADS\SMR America Production Co\07-2017\0717-0070029323.xlsm

and I would like to extract 0070029323 from the string. The position of the text is always the same. it ends before the 5 characters and it is always 10 characters long.

Please advise.

</tbody><colgroup><col></colgroup>
Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Alternatively
=LEFT(RIGHT(A1,15),10)
