Extract rows based on matching criteria

Hello All,

I have a large list of data.
Some of the cell font is black
Some of the cell font is red

I want to extract the entire row where column B is a duplicate AND where there is at least one duplicate in black and one duplicate in red.

I would like to extract all duplicates in this case (all of the red and all of the black) to another sheet.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
