I have A column of Org Names and addresses in Col A1
In Col b1 I want to extract Universities Names
In Col C1 I want the rest of the string data

To Note 1) All Universities begin and end within comma example , University of Roma, or , Sinchuan University, or la Universitate Malta,
2) Since the data has many variations, it would be preferable to use "uni" as keyword so that even other languages can be handled

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
If your data start in A1...

=LET(a,TEXTSPLIT(A1,","),IFERROR(FILTER(a,ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Uni",a))),""))

What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
