Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
See some same data below as requested.

The items in Column A are manually typed but are exactly the same as the distribution group in Outlook called "Sales Staff", "Admin Staff" etc.

What I am looking for for code to extract the email addresses from outlook that matches the distribution list in Column B

Examples
A2: Sales Staff
B2: Ste@mac.com;pet@mac.com

A3: Admin Staff
B3: dav@mac.com;lau@mac.com;nig@mac.com

Since this is as much (or more) about extracting info from Outlook than Excel, I have moved the thread to a more appropriate forum.
Unfortunately in this forum, you can't use the HTML Makers so I have re-written your sample data.

(Hi Gerardo, hope you are well! Good to see you pop in here again - haven't seen you about for quite a while! :))

I now see that you have moved it under general. I was initially under the impression that you had moved it to another Excel forum on another Website
