Hello, I am trying to set up a report at work that would allow me to export an action tracker to a PDF format - the draft is here. The macro should extract information from Action tracker tab and move it to separate tabs for each issue. The format of the tabs is in Template tab. Those tabs + the header would be then exported to PDF to make a prepared report. Here is a couple of points that need to be clarified first I suppose:

1. In Action tracker tab is it possible to amend the "Add row" macro so that it adds new row at the end of the list irrespective of where the current selection is? You know, to make it foolproof.
2. Is it possible to hide or remove empty rows in the tabs based on the template so that there is no unnecessary space between previous updates and next action?
3. Can the macro extract the information to separate tab(s), save the header + this/those tab(s) as PDF in the same folder as the file is and later remove the tab(s)?
4. Can the macro ignore data from rows that are filtered out in Action tracker tab?

In List tab there are some abbreviations and initials used in the rest of tabs. I realize that is quite complex so whatever you can advise will be something, already appreciate what you have provided.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
