Extra spaces when saving as prn

In the worksheet I have fixed the column width as follow:

Column A Column B Column C AAAAAAA|BBBBBBBB|CCCCCCC|

Supposed when I save it as prn the output would be:

AAAAAAABBBBBBBBCCCCCCC

However the output went wrong and become: AAAAAAA BBBBBBBB CCCCCCC

There are three extra spaces between the column when I save it as prn, but it works fine when I use another computer.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

It's not a format I use often but prn files are Formatted Text Space Delimited Files and the output seems to vary on whether or not the column is wider than the text.
If you need a non-delimited output format consistently, I would recommend writing a VBA macro to write the files for you.
