Extra bar on graph

Hello all,

I'm just starting to work with graphs so my knowledge about it is rather poor.
So far I managed [with some help of others] to create a graph like the one below [without the orange bars]
The graph is self-explanatory as all values are given on top.

Now I'm looking for way to place orange bars like the one in the image below.
The orange bars should be placed adjacent to the gray one based on the values given in collumn P.

If this is possible what about placing them in front of the grey one. Even better still, in some cases I would like to place 2 extra bars, 1 in front and one at the end.
