Hello,
What we are trying to do is export all of our tasks from Outlook to a file our Boss can recieve and import to her Outlook. What we are having trouble doing is #1) keeping the attachments that already exist and #2) the format must remain with the following catagories:

Subject, Start Date, Due Date, Notes, Total Work, Team Work, Flag Status, Attachment, % Complete.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
In Outlook go to FILE, then click on "Import and Export" and follow the wizard to export as type "Comma Separated Values (Windows)"

This will save the file as a .CSV file which you can import. This will only save the task data and will not save attached files. You will need to manually save these to a network share then your boss can attach them to the new tasks she has created/imported.

However, are you trying to send these tasks to your Boss so she can track the progress of them?
