Is it possible to export filtered data into Excel? Only the filtered part?

Yes - precisely how depends on exactly how you wish to filter.
What most newcomers to Access do not realize is, you can export more than just the tables. Specifically, for this example, queries.

Build a query based on your table and filter it in some fashion.
Either by using a precise match (WHERE fld = "test_value') or partial string matches (WHERE fld LIKE '*test*')

Then export the query results. You can also open the query, select all, and copy/paste the data into a spreadsheet although you'll also get the fieldnames (Column Names in excel)
