I have many large csv files with data now combined via the append query tool. How do I now get this data back into excel please?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
So you are using power bi desktop? Mmm, that is a problem then. maybe you could use DAX studio. It will definitely connect to power bi desktop. What I am not sure is if you can send the output to Excel. You definitely can when querying an excel workbook.

I wrote a blog a while back about it. DAX Studio 2.0 released today -

Hey Matt,
this is absolutely awesome! You can send the results to txt and open it with xls. Which is much better than xls, because it doesn't have any row limits!
So this is also a workaround to export your PQ results from Excel that contain more than 1,1 Mio rows somewhere else than the internal data model.
I know that many people are looking for this option, so you should spread the word and make this a blogpost!
