Hello all,

I am new to this forum and forums in general so please bear with my n00bness and lack of knowledge about some discussion items. \

For work, I run a company and my employees send me their time-sheet in MS Word and then I export it line by line into MS Excel. Each employee works on multiple cases and each case has its own invoice every month. And depending on the month I can have up to 250+ items I need to put on a bill per case. Generally each invoice takes me about 3 hours and i would love to cut this down into under 1 hour if possible.

I recently learned that a macro could help me and being green to the programming side of things I am asking for assistance in building a macro or generally understanding how to create the one I need.

Basically, I take the time sheet (See link #1) and copy down the time keeper information, description and time spent into the excel invoice (see link #2).

The attached links are examples with sample data of what I use. Please advise me the best you can and I appreciate your help in this matter.
