export macro enabled sheet to different computer

i have created a excel sheet. that has, command buttons, a user form(progress bar) and some macros.

the sheet works fine on my computer.

however when i try to open the sheet in my friends computer.

it displays an error that, object not present( i think its because of the user form).

kindly suggest how to export my sheet, so that it will work smoothly on any computer.
