Explorer 8 add-ons

Add-ons are disabled on explorer. i follow link to modifiy and this list to chose from say everything is not disabled. any help would be great

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Annoying :banghead: and it seems to be the default setting.
But if you find iexplore.exe and put a shortcut on the desktop, or alternatively go to the All Programs part of the Start menu and pick IE from there, you should be OK.
