Exel 2010, Disable or remove "Save & Send" File option.

I am looking to disable, using VBA the file "Save & Send" option. I can locate xml methods, but prefer a VBA solution. The following is (close to needed) xml....can someone help by showing the VBA code for disabling the Save & Send please?
