Hi, everyone.
I am using the Top 10 tool in a Pivot Table, but need to exclude one of the items that is in the top ten. When I uncheck that data item in the list, it removes the Top 10 filter entirely and shows all of the data. Is there a way to manually exclude certain items from the Top 10 tool?
My data includes all donors over the last two years and how much they donated. Almost all of the data is an individual's name and a dollar value. However, the raw data includes a line for "Multiple Contributors," which is the catch-all category for donors who didn't provide their names.
So when I create a Top 10 list of donors, "Multiple Contributors" shouldn't be on the list. I'm just trying to take that point off the list. I can work around it, but it seems like there'd be a way to tell Excel not to include that line in its Top 10 tool.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
