I have a pivot with a Whole year forecast calculated field which I want to show as total only alongside the monthly amounts for actuals. When expanding to month the WY displays the WY amounts for each month (see below). Can this be done?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Maybe you can place Forecast in ROWS. With an extra calculated column with Total Actual. Then you have your two columns (only at the left side).
