Hi All,

I have data from a number of vehicles, which have an allowance of mileage per year. I would like to show in Power BI, if the vehicle are running over or under the mileage allowance. I have triued using a scatter graph but with no joy. What I like to see is a constant line for the annual mileage allowance and then plots for the actual mileage per vehicle as the months of the contract past.

Also, if possible a prediction of future mileage depending on past mileage

Any ideas woul;d be welcome.

Thanks in Advance

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
One way would be to create a table that holds the actual miles for each vehicle along with the budgeted miles. Then you can create a graph that compares actual miles to budgeted miles. For a projection, I added a linear trendline with a 6 month forward projection.

I don't love the way this looks, but it accomplishes the task.
