Why is the text in the formula bar so small? If you are on a Zoom call or doing a presentation, it is impossible for the audience to see. There is an amazing trick for making the text in the Excel formula bar HUGE. Try this out.

People say you can't change the  font size in the formula bar.  You're on zoom and your boss can't see the  formula, or you're doing a presentation.  You can change that!
File, Options.  In the General section – Use  this as the default font.  Go to font size.
Let's make it big 22.  OK.
Close and restart Excel so   the font changes can take effect.
OK, alt F, X.  Reopen Excel, reopen the file.
Look how big that font is.  It's awesome now.
Hey look, this is temporary for that Zoom call.  Change it back to the other size because otherwise  if you leave it there and create a new workbook,   everything is big and wonky and you'll hate it.
