excel workbook is stuck off screen

I can view an Excel workbook in full screen mode but when i exit full screen the workbook travels to a different desktop that is out of reach of my desktop. Because this problem is so strange I made a video to show what I mean

Windows key + left arrow x2 should get it back in view.
