At work, we have timesheets that are printed out on a certain computer dedicated to emails. Everyone who is in charge of the timesheets will send an Excel file to this email computer, where they will be printed out.
The timesheets are supposed to be set to print on one sheet of paper, not multiple. And for 7 out of the 8 people who send time sheets to this email computer, the print settings are set correctly and the sheet will print on one page. However, when that 8th person sends his timesheets to the computer and we attempt to print them, they are not set to print on one page and we have to go in and change it to print to one page every time.
Is this simply an issue of setting the default print settings on that 8th individual's computer before he sends the timesheets? Or is there something wrong with the email computer?
