I have kept a formulated Excel file on onedrive sharepoint, wherein other users whom i have shared the link have to input invoice number and all the details refering to that gets properly populated for me but its not getting auto populated for my other colleagues. They are getting #N/A error in all the excel formulated cells.

What might i have done wrong? please help as i am stuck here.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
maybe the data/file destination in the #N/A formula is in a private location, so maybe he has to access that file/data, or if it's better, you can enter the data in a new sheet whose destination is outside the file,

No, I have kept Both source and the working file at same place on sharedrive and people can access the working file but after entering invoice number data refering to that in source file is not coming. Although one of my colleague data is coming but for rest of them its showing #N/A.
