I wish that Microsoft would change the VALUE function to work like the Val function does in VBA.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I wish Microsoft wouldn't use Excel as the "default" program to open CSV files!
A CSV file is a text file, not an Excel file! And when you open it in Excel, Excel may perform some conversions on it and change the view of the data (as it tries to "guess" what might be date and numeric fields).
It should set NotePad as the default program to open CSV files. Then you will see the contents of the file exactly as they appear.

An option for TEXTBEFORE and TEXTAFTER to include the search text in the result

I think that would be counterintuitive to the names of the functions. I'd rather they added something like a TEXTFROM with a forward or backwards option?

But above all else, I'd like a BLANK() function.

Find should have an option right in the box to search from the bottom up rather than having to resort to VBA to do this.
