Hello guys,

sorry if the question seems silly but for me it's very annoying...

I have just changed the computer provided by my company and on the right of the Excel window (next to the scrolling bar) there is a thin border, this does not allow you to just go on the right limit of the screen and scroll down. This situation does not happen in Word, Power Point or even Chrome since it's like the windows have no border...

Moreover, the height of the tabs seems very short:

compared to the ones i have found in the internet:

Has this happened to any of you?
Sorry if these 2 questions seems silly but especially the first one is annoying me a lot since I cannot just go on the right of the screen and scroll...
Thank you for the suggestions I will receive
