i've currently got user forms in an excel spreadsheet which then write records to a seperate sheet. the user forms combine combo boxes with text boxes for user entry..

can anyone tell me how (if at all possible) i can have a value returned or updated onto the user form automatically based on the options selected or the data entered by the user...

i.e. if a user enters a, b and c then based on their input a response is automatically updated for d...

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Hi,

You certainly can is the answer but you will need to be a little more specific with the actual questions for us to help you best.

Can you let me know which form control you want the decision to be based, what will be the options available to that control, (I,e you have a,b,c) and exactly what you want to happen when the user either enters or selects or chooses these.

If it is easier to send the workbook, please let me know and I will PM you my address.

Best Regards

Kevin
