Excel VBA IE automation: unable to select dropdown lists

I need to be able to select a value from a two different drop down lists in internet explorer. The first one data will displayed as tree. The second one data displayed as drop list.

Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
