Excel VBA. Help with running a macro when value is true.

Hi, this bit a excel VBA is working perfectly fine but instead of the "Range("E3").Value = "1"" (as shown in red) I want the value if true to run a macro instead of putting a 1 in a cell,

When I do this it highlights the "Sub mewbynnuDataSioe()" in yellow
