Excel VBA Help (F1)

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Yes, and I can't say how much I dislike that. Microsoft likes it because it's easier to keep updated, and they think it's OK since people are on an internet-connected system most of the time. But not all the time! There are definitely times I could use a local help file. I vaguely recall seeing some way of downloading it, but I've never been able to find it.

When I hit F1 in my copy of XL2010 on my Win8.1 computer, the "Excel Help" window comes up and in the lower right-hand corner it says "Offline". Doesn't that mean I am using the local copy of Excel and not the online one? If so, and if that is not what your "Excel Help" window says, then unfortunately I cannot tell you what I may have done to make my Excel's VBA help different from yours.
