Are you talking about changes to the VBA code, or changes that the VBA code makes on the worksheets?
What version of Excel are you using?
What is the extension on the file?
I recorded macros and used offset function in excel 2010. Now whenever I add new sales agent in excel sheet to see their performance, everytime it gives N/A message and when I add them and again run macro, then other agents come as N/A.

That seems quite different than your original comments of "Excel VB not saving changes.
You need to do a much better job in explaining your exact issue, including posting your code and explaining exactly what you are doing to cause this issue.
