Excel Validation Formula

Hi All,


Can anyone help me frame a Data Validation formula for Specific string in a column? The data structure is 4 Alphabets 10 numbers (i.e. field length is 14).Starting 4 will be aphabets and rest 10 are numeric.

Checks for non-numerics rather than 4 alpha

Explanation
The last 10 characters must be numeric
Each of the first 4 characters must be non-numeric

Each conditions must evaluate to TRUE
Each TRUE evaluates to 1
There are 5 conditions
