I would like to prepopulate a user form text box, however I would like the content to be presented in columns as shown in the included image. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance!

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Use a listbox instead
Thanks for responding so quickly @JEC.
Would it be possible to concat the contents of the list boxes with user input such that all of the information can be placed in a cell, with the formating maintained, with columns at the top of the cell and the user input at the bottom?
