Excel used to start on the home page and mow starts with a blank sheet

My excel (version Microsoft® Excel® LTSC MSO (16.0.14332.21007) 64-bit ) used to start on the Home page and now it starts up on a new worksheet.
How can I make open on the Home page like it used to?

That gives me the impression that Excel never shut down correctly, if it happens again with Excel closed have a look in Task Manager and check if Excel is still showing.
