Excel Trick 185 Quirk

I've been using the formula for quite some time now with much success but this one got me stumped doing this project.

50% of the columns gets extracted correctly but the other I get "#REF!". The data source is from the same table, using the same headers.

Any guesses why?

I suggest you post the actual formula. I doubt many people have memorised the tricks by number... ;)

If there are any offsets in the formula, you may be trying to access columns / rows before the 1st column / row !
Also, have you deleted any columns relative to the formula ??

And ....RoryA's comment is very valid !
