excel to website - is it possible.

I have a list of info in a spreadsheet and i need to get it into fields on a website. I thought sendkeys might be useful as cell A1 needs to go into one field, then there are 3 tabs before B1 needs inserting and so on.......

However, if I have the spreadsheet and the webpage visible at the same time, how do I tell Excel to switch across to Internet Explorer?
