Can we link Excel sheets, graphs and images into Powerpoint so that they update automatically or would I need VBA for that ?

Client wants to stick his stuff into Powerpoint each week but wants it to just automatically update

cheers

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
hi chris
well you dont really need a VBA for that to make the life easier for you i think u should look into trying a software called Xcelsius , what it does it create flash visualization of your excel date and you have the option of exporting it to ppt also their software is XML integrated so can used it to update the data for your ppt automatically
good luck
