I am trying to do my own and personal lottery analysis. One of the things I have is four sections of 6 columns each, 11 rows down. All these filled with different and reapeated numbers from 1 to 60. What I want, is to have Excel pick out the repeated numbers and give me a count of those. I have exhausted my searches just about in every website and found nothing that can brighten my light. Perhaps I may not be using the right exprerssion for what I want, but my experience with excel is limited and that isn't helping much. Can someone please help?? ..and Thanks in advance! :( My system is an: MS Windows 7 Home Premium — 64 bit SP1 — AMD A6-3400M APU with Radium HD Graphics - 6.0 GB Ram - Radeon HD 6520G

Louigi724,

Welcome to the MrExcel forum.

What version of Excel are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the raw data worksheet, and, post a screenshot of the worksheet results (manually formatted by you) that you are looking for?

To post your data, you can download and install one of the following two programs:
Excel Jeanie
MrExcel HTML Maker

If you are not able to give us screenshots:
You can upload your workbook to Box Net,
sensitive data scrubbed/removed/changed
mark the workbook for sharing
and provide us with a link to your workbook.

Hello Hyker95! Thanks for trying to help me. I tried to post my excell program but I expired my 10 minutes of editing ..something I didn't know since this is my very first time in this site and in this blog. I'm like, well, just about that, 10 minutes old here. My Office program is MS Office 2013. I can download the page so let me get back to your answer and see how it's done. (BTW my family is mostly from N.E. PA., Lansdale, Perkasie, Bethlehem.. I am married to a Brazilian and now live in Brazil. So let me get back and see if I can download the page to you via your info,, thx Hyker95!

Can't upload an image cause this sites system for uploading is only from a URL asnd this thing is as a jgp in my PC. Outside of that, I downloaded that Jeanie html thing but don't quite have any experience using it. How can this be done? How can I upload a jpg graphic image of my excel page to either you or this blog?

Louigi724,

I downloaded that Jeanie html thing but don't quite have any experience using it.

On the web site there is a tutorial/video on how to use it (I think).

How can I upload a jpg graphic image of my excel page to either you or this blog?

jpg images are no good.

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

.. I expired my 10 minutes of editing ..
If the 10 minutes passes, you can just make a new post in the thread to add further information or explain changes.

I downloaded that Jeanie html thing but don't quite have any experience using it. How can this be done?
On the Excel jeanie web page, click "How to" in the left column for a brief outline. Once you have clicked the "Forum Standard" button in jeanie, just go to your post in MrExcel and Paste. You will see a load of pretty much meaningless code but when you 'submit' your post it will turn into a neat screen shot. :)
You can try in the Test Here forum.
