Excel to PDF w/ checkbox's

Good Day,

I have a worksheet that is essentially a checklist to be completed. For each section it contains line items and each line item has a checkbox for "Yes", "No", & N/A.

I am no VBA expert by any means but would like to covert to a PDF document and maintain the checkbox functionality. I have found some VBA code that converts the worksheet to a PDF but the checkbox's are just images and cannot be selected.

Thoughts.... help please
