Excel to Copy and Paste to a non MS Program

Morning,

I am trying to figure out how to get Excel to integrate with another program that is not a MS program.

All i am wanting to do is take a selection of data out of Excel, cell L:L and paste it to the fields in this program into the Normal Bin Location.

How would i do that with VBA?

So i have figured out how to use sendkeys.

The below is the macro i am currently running, but i would like this macro to continue on until the end of the table (roughly 5000 Rows)
