Anyone know of a program that converts an Excel worksheet into an ASCII file with cell borders? If not, something that preserved and standardized the height, width and spacing between cells so that a worksheet could be represented in HTML Plain Text.

I have 8 Columns that I could fix at the same width but would like the row height to then be able to fluctuate and still have some semblance of a table when looked at on the web. The website only accepts plain text HTML submissions.

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Hi mhagerman,

Have you tried the 'Save as Web Page' option? Alternatively, you could copy & paste the desired range to a Word table, which you can re-format as desired, then save that document in HTML format.
