Hi all,

Just starting out with Macro and recording (not yet moved on to VAB and coding) and have got stuck / cant locate any advise on the following.

I have created a 'Quotation' template with Macro command buttons to generate formatted pivot table and open a Word document for emailing. These are both saved in a folder.
I have 2 problems:

1. Command button works initially when saving template and renaming ready to use as a new file. If I save the newly saved workbook and close, the macro wont run if reopened to run an update to a change in the quote.
2. I have compressed the folder and emailed to a friend, they can't even run the macro on opening.

The Macro was saved to the original template (so it should travel with it).
I feel there's something really simple I'm missing, please help! Thanks guys:)

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
.
Sent a private message requesting you email compressed folder to me for inspection.
