Becasue I am not adept a creating macros I frequently have to create spreadsheets that are similar to the samples that can be downloaded from:

http://mandgweb.net/excel-samples/sample.xls

by recording them. After creating the macros buttons are applied and macros are assigned to them to for presentation/use purposes.

After collecting the initial data this process take a about 15 minutes.

Is it feasible to have a 'template' created with macros (and buttons) pre-established that the button text can then just be updated to reflect the column name/data. Or even if the macros need to be assigned TO the buttons.

Column A (Keyword): A - Z
Column B (Company A): Smallest to Largest
Column C (Company B): Smallest to Largest
Column D (Company C): Smallest to Largest
Column E (Company D): Smallest to Largest
Column F (Company E): Smallest to Largest
Column G (Volume): Largest to Smallest
Column H (Competition)
Column I (Results)

Thank you.
