Hi,

I have formed a template that will be used for monthly reviews. Each month has a separate template in a separate sheet to be filled in. First sheet includes a copy of the template and is for January, second sheet includes a copy of the template and is for February, and so on. If I want to redesign the layout of the template, for instance renaming a column, I need to do it manually to each template in every sheet (x12) which is pretty heavy...

My question is, can I design a "master" template in one sheet and make all other sheets refer to this? In other words, if I redesign the "master" template then all changes are automatically applied to all other sheets using it.

No... and yes.
You only need a Template for one month. Then a Macro to create/Copy that sheet 11 times and name each correctly.
Also, there is a method of selecting all worksheets and editing, which will effect all selected sheets, that may work. Though you definitely must be careful about it.
