Excel tabs to individual workbooks

I have tabs in Excel (both hidden and unhidden) I'm trying to export each tab in the workbook to a separate, stand alone workbook. Ideally, I'd have a reports function in the ribbon (like I used to do with pre ribbon excel), that a user could click on and run this and other functions and reports from without having to go into the VBA module.
