Just wondering what people's thoughts are on using Tables vs Ranges in excel and why.

Most of the questions I've seen** on here people seems to refer to a column of data like $A1:$A100, meaning they're probably using ranges. For me I almost exclusively use Tables for all of my excel projects so would instead use structured refencing like TableName[TableColumn]. Assuming the table & headers are appropiately named I find it makes understanding what formulas are doing at a glance far easier.

Which do you use and why?
What do you find are the pros/cons of each?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I use tables because they are dynamic.

You can have a totals row at the bottom and easily add rows before the totals row.

I like to answer questions on this board relating to VBA coding of tables.

Because of their structure they are easy to code.

Here's a link for those interested in VBA coding of tables.
