Hello,
I have an SQL Query set up in my excel document and when I hit refresh it pulls through all the most recent data that has been inputted via a survey.
On a separate sheet I then have an excel table set up which I want to pull through the relevant data from the Query using simple formulas such as =TEXT('Raw Data'!E4,"MMM-YY"). I have dragged the formula down the entire table (And have expanded the table so there is numerous blank rows to allow new data to pull through upon refresh of the query)
When I refresh the query I would expect that the next row of data in the query would populate the next row in the table however this does not seem to happen for some reason. (I have set other reports up in the same way and it does work but for some reason it doesn't in this particular report)
I can drag the formula in the first cell of the table down again and it will pull through but I want it to do this without me having to manually update the table as I worry this will lead to error.
Can anyone think of any reasons why this does not work?
Many thanks for your help.
Kat
