Hi all!

This is a bit hard to explain so bear with me...

So, I am creating a table to hold data about what tasks/jobs my team has to complete. I will be assigning these tasks for specific dates - e.g. processing orders on 31st January 2016. However some other collumns for this table are Due Date, Assigned to, Estimate hours Spent on the Task etc.

So an entry to this table would look something like this -

Date Description of job Due Date Assigned to Estimate hours Spent on the Task
2016
Jan
1st Process Orders 31.01.2016 D.C 2

Is there any way I could make this table an interactive one (a bit like a pivot table) where i could click on a year which would bring up the months then click for example on June which would bring all the dates for June and all the criteria like the Due Date would be displayed on the collums next to each date.

Also, if that wasnt hard enough would i be able to alter the table later on if i needed to add another entry?

If anyone has any better ideas of how this data could be displayed please let me know and thanks in advance for your help.

Kind Regards
Adrian
