I have written a Macro Compiler in Visual Basic to interface with the Excel System Macros.
If you are interested in the code, let me know and I'll send you a copy and documentation.

What is the use case for such a compiler?

The point of this is to create a group of callable macros from the Macro headings on the first page of Excel.
But at this point, I can't make the program work as a stand alone version.
I will work on it some more, and if I can, I'll repost this thread.
