I'm currently working at a fairly small business in the UK, and over the past year or so have developed and implemented some fairly complex spreadsheets (by their standards, not by yours!).
I am leaving in a couple of months, and as they are so reliant on these spreadsheets, and assuming my successor is not an "Excel Wizard" like me (!) I was going to suggest that they find a Company that will support them if spreadsheets fail etc.
They all know how to use the spreadsheets, its when something goes wrong that they will need help.
Does something like this exist in the UK at a reasonable cost?
